The Outstanding Activities list view https://app.personnelchecks.co.uk/outstanding-activities is where you can find all Cases that require attention. Whether this is a DBS Identity Verification or a Right to Work check, you will find everything with outstanding actions in this list view.
How to complete Outstanding Activities
You can open each Case from the list view to see what is required from you. There is also the ability to sort and filter to help with your workflow.
