Sometimes you will need to look at the configuration of a DBS case activity, you may want to know what barred lists or workforce were selected, or whether it was submitted as a volunteer check or not.
To make this information more readily available, it is now possible to see the Case Activity Configuration settings on the Case Activity view. Here you will be able to see at a glance exactly what is configured in each individual Case Activity.
There is nothing you need to do to implement this change.
