Reviewing documents for DBS checks can be a labour-intensive process that slows down DBS Applications being submitted and new hires starting
To speed up the process, the DBS now accept Online ID Verification, a new way of verifying documents on DBS applications that is easier for both you and your DBS applicants.
To ensure you can get the benefits of this we are pleased to announce the ability to use Online ID Verification with Personnel Checks.
We have partnered with Yoti and embedded their Online ID Verification portal into our application form to ensure that the DBS process is as smooth as possible for Subjects, and so that they can complete their entire application in one sitting from one webpage.
When Subjects successfully complete Online ID Verification, their application will be sent straight to the DBS (or for countersigning on Standard & Enhanced applications). This saves time as applications can be submitted quicker, there is no need to source and then spend time manually checking documents, and there is less margin for error.
