2023-03-20: Saved Card Feature

Modified on Mon, 20 Mar, 2023 at 10:29 AM

Most online retailers give the option to save a card for future purchases. This means that the customer does not need to have the card to hand to make a purchase, which saves time for the customer, and means the order can be processed sooner.

Compliance purchases should be no different, so we are now releasing the ability to have a saved card on your account. The saved card feature will enable you to store payment details onto your account, and then use this saved card to pay for outstanding Cases.

No action is needed for this change, to enable it you will just need to save the card to your account.

You will notice a new menu on the right hand side of the page, “Payment Settings”. This is where you can add a saved card.

There will also be a new option when you go to pay for your Cases, you will be able to choose to pay by a saved card, or an “other” card (where you would manually enter the details). This is where you will choose which card to pay with.

Please note – only Payment Managers will have access to this feature.

Adding a Saved Card

To add a saved card, navigate to “Payment Settings” and then “add” the card. You will then enter the relevant details, and press save. You can add up to five saved cards, and to delete one, just click the bin for instant removal.

Pay by Saved Card

To pay using one of your saved cards, navigate to “Awaiting Payment” and then select those you would like to pay for. Then select “pay by card” and you can then choose between your saved card(s) or entering other card details.

Choose your option, click pay, and your Cases will then be moved to the next stage (in the case of DBS Checks – they will be ready for ID Verifying)
