On a Driver Licence Endorsement and Entitlement Case Activity the expiry for any driving licence endorsements did not previously show, this made it difficult to make an educated employment decision while reviewing DVLA licence results.
To resolve this issue new column has been added to the Case Activity to show the expiry dates of any endorsements on a driving licence. This will not need to be enabled and will apply to all Driver Licence Endorsement and Entitlement Case Activities.
When accessing any Driver Licence Endorsement and Entitlements Case Activities the new column will be visible, showing the dates that the endorsements expire for a clearer and more informative break down of the Subject’s driving licence data. This information will be included in the PDF download of the Case activity.
