2025-04-16: Flag List View

Flags are a request for human attention. This means it is important that Users have easy access to Flagged information.

Previously, the flag button on the top right of Personnel Checks would only show recent active flags, and the Cases tab would need to be used and filtered to show all active flags. With this in mind, we have created the Flag List view, where all flagged objects, both active and cleared, can be viewed easily, and a report can be downloaded of all flags if required.

This change will apply to all Customers and will not need to be enabled. To use this feature, you will need to access the Flags tab on the left-hand side of the page, here you will see a complete list of all flags on your account. 

This can be filtered to show only active flags, specific types of flags and can also be filtered by the date the flag was added.

Any filters applied to this tab would also apply to the CSV download button, which means a report can be downloaded with only required information.
