Where your subjects require ongoing checks Personnel Checks uses Cycles & Subscriptions to ensure these happen.
Cycles and Processes jointly determine the activity type requirements & the interval at which Cases will be created, for example "Update Service every two weeks" or "Yearly DVLA check"
The relationship between a Cycle and a Subject is called a Subscription. The Subscription has fields for when a Case will next be generated, when it was last ran, and an enabled/disabled status.
Subscriptions could previously only be seen on a Subject's View, so it was hard to see how many Subscriptions were active, and whether any needed acting on.
To make your compliance processes easier, we have created the Subscription List View. From here you can see all Subscriptions, whether they are active or not, and even activate or disable them from the menu.
This view behaves like any other list view in the product, with the ability to search and filter as required. To activate or disable a subscription just click activate/disable on the bottom of the Subscription you wish to edit.
