Subjects can have data associated with them outside the context of a Case or a Subscription. For example:
- Update Service Details
- Driving Licence Details
- Current Address
Previously, it was only possible to see the update service details on the Subject Detail Screen, but we have adapted this so that more information is available.
You don’t need to do anything to enable this change, it will happen automatically.
There are two main features to this change:
Subject Detail Screen Changes
The top section of the Subject Details screen now shows important Subject information. You can navigate through the tabs to see the Subject’s DBS Update Service details, Driving Licence details and their most recently supplied current address.
Adding Update Service Information
To add and update Subject Update Service Details, simply:
- Navigate to the Subject
- Add Update Service Details
- Enter the details and press save
