2025-08-06: Updated List Views

You’ll have noticed a few changes with our list views. We have done this to ensure that our list views are consistent across Personnel Checks, and to allow for better filtering, and CSV exports.

You’ll notice the list views change gradually over the coming months, and you don’t need to do anything they will slowly migrate over to the new layout. We will not be taking away any information, just redesigning the screen to make it easier to read and use.

There are three main benefits to these changes:

Improved Filtering

We have reviewed the filters that can be applied to the list views, and improved these where possible. To apply the new filters just:

• Select the filter you would like to apply
• Choose what you would like to filter by, and click apply

The list view will then adapt to the filters chosen, and these can be cleared using the “Clear all” button.

Downloadable CSV

From the list view you are now able to download a CSV of what is shown on your screen, and other related fields.

Note - the filters that are applied also apply to the download.

Consistency

With all our list views looking and working the same way, it’ll be easier to maintain, add new features, and continue to improve Personnel Checks. It also means that when new list views are created, you can be rest assured that they will work the same as the views you are already used to.

So with that in mind, we look forward to continuing to improve the list views in Personnel Checks over the coming months.
